6. Withdrawal of Consent

6.1 You may withdraw consent for collection/use of PII at any time by emailing privacy@thekiel.com.

6.2 Upon withdrawal, We will stop using the specific information for which revocation is sought and stop sharing it with third parties, subject to legal obligations.

6.3 We may continue using certain information (e.g., digital logs) internally as permitted by law.

7. Sharing of Information

7.1 We may share information with third parties (service providers, financial/regulated institutions, affiliated entities, payment processors, business partners) in accordance with applicable law, including for: (a) operating Platform activities; (b) fraud prevention/detection; (c) investigating/preventing illegal activities, fraud, or violations of Terms/Policy; and (d) as required under law or legal process.

Depending on severity, We may restrict/suspend/terminate accounts and pursue civil remedies or notify authorities where applicable.
